If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible items.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returned items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• Be returned with their original packaging and any included accessories.

• Show no signs of damage, alterations, or excessive handling.

• Include proof of purchase or an order number.

Returns must be approved before items are shipped back to us.

2. Moissanite Jewelry Returns

We offer a 100% refund of the purchase price on eligible moissanite jewelry returned within our 14-day return window.

To qualify, jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

3. Handmade Jewelry Returns

Each handmade jewelry piece is thoughtfully crafted with time, care, and attention to detail.

For eligible handmade brass jewelry returns, we offer an 80% refund of the item's purchase price, reflecting a 20% restocking fee to help cover preparation and handling costs associated with individually crafted pieces.

This restocking fee will be disclosed before purchase and does not apply to returns required by law, including qualifying defective or incorrectly shipped items.

4. Nonreturnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

• Jewelry that has been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.

• Items returned without their original packaging when that prevents resale.

• Items marked final sale before purchase, where permitted by law.

These exclusions do not limit your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly described products.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue, if available.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when required.
